2024 On To Normandy
On June 6th, 1944, one of the most dramatic military operations took place on the beaches of
Normandy, France. Eighty years later, on June 6th, 2024, the citizens, as well as thousands from
around the world, will remember and honor all of the fallen soldiers memorialized at the
American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer in Normandy, France. There, and on the beaches of
Normandy, the world will salute and honor all of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The Stockton Portsmen Barbershop Chorus and has accepted an invitation extended by the
Honorable Anne Hidalgo, and the Honorable Joel Bruneau, Mayors of Paris and Caen
respectively, and by Music Celebrations International, to perform in the
2024 D-Day 80th Commemoration Concert Series in France.
The Portsmen Chorus will be representing not only the greater Stockton/Lodi area, but also
California and the whole of our great United States of America.
We are asking for support from you, our community members and businesses,
to help us reach our financial goal so that every member of our chorus
has the opportunity to participate in this once in a lifetime honor.
We have a variety of options, and sincerely appreciate all contributions.

Charitable Organization, and therefore all contributions are tax deductible.
All monies will go directly towards the On to Normandy! campaign fund.

This special event hosted by the Stockton Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society will be held

a silent auction, and live entertainemnt.
All proceeds will support to Portsmen performances in Normandy, France for the 80th Anniversary
od D-Day in June of 2024.
